food was cold and delivery guy was rude, couldn't come upstairs for the "delivery".. sticking with shi for food..

i honestly have no idea how this place gets so many5-stars. Sushi was subpar (hardly any fish, hardly rolled!) AND the delivery boy is so rude.

Very annoyed when the projected delivery was 30-45 mins, when 50 minutes came and went I called and was told the food had left when an hour came and left my husband called and they told him it left 12 minutes ago- either way they lied and I am annoyed!

This is my favorite delivery spot in LIC - I order 1-2x per week over the past 2 years so I can say with absolute certainty that their delivery is 99% on time... not sure if the past reviews had one-offs or tried to order again? Only once did I experience delayed delivery - but given the # of times I've ordered, not bad. While their noodle dishes are okay, the sushi is great. I want to try to their dim sum brunch one of these days...

horrible delivery time. How does 30-45 minutes turn into 1 hr 20 minutes. They should be more accurate on timing. I would not have ordered If I knew it would be so long. Food is alright.

Bad Service...never on time...always complain about orders that have special requests. Better to go to Iji Japanese Restaurant in Astoria. They accomodate all requests and have fresher Sushi items.

This place is absolutely terrible. My tempura was basically burnt to a crisp and the sauce provided was inedible. The shumai might have been acceptable if it weren't still partially frozen in the middle. How this place got such a high rating is beyond me. I will be sure to NEVER order from BANY again, as I could get a better meal from the freezer section of a grocery store. If I could give a zero-star rating then I would.

While the service was relatively quick, the food was a major disappointment. The Gyoza was soggy and the Pad Thai noodles were undercooked and chewy.

Great sushi option in LIC. usually get the salmon avocado roll and sweet potato roll. i don't like the black seeds on the rolls though. weird burnt taste. Delivery guy has made me go outside in the cold/rain to pick up food instead of coming inside to deliver.

My wife and I were really impressed by the delivery service at BANY. The food arrived on time, our hot appies were hot and our sushi was nice and cold. I particularly liked the King Crab California Roll and my wife definitely liked her salmon sushi. We also liked the rock shrimp appetizer. We'll definitely order again and try some new things. Enjoy.

Best sushi in MANHATTAN, not just LIC. Recently moved to the neighborhood and eat from here ALL the time - delivery and dining room. Fish is super fresh. Great quality. Apps/kitchen entrees are average but if you like sushi this place is THE BEST. Friendly staff always a great fast meal.
